The Finance team at HPE provides world class decision support driving profitable growth and exceptional shareholder value through our commitment to operational excellence, people development, and innovation. We provide accurate and timely financial information meeting the company’s regulatory and fiduciary responsibilities with unwavering integrity.In the Finance division, our reporting and controlling teams are working on tasks like asset management, financial integration of mergers and acquisitions, as well as USGAAP-reporting. Our objective is to display all business activities in a financially correct and transparent manner.
This position is critical for the proper delivery of Mexico Payroll Operations core activities will include Federal and local taxes, Social Security, INFONAVIT payments, management of medical leaves, internal & external audit reviews, follow-up on payment discrepancies and support overall Mexico Payroll team with day to day operations.
Run a semi-monthly payroll on a SAP environment coordinate the receipt of all necessary data in order to process payroll in a timely and accurate manner following legal and company standards, participate in the analysis, preparation, maintenance and calculate payroll; Investigate and resolve errors in payroll processing
Education and Experience Required:
• Bachelor’s degree.
Knowledge and Skills Required:
Knowledge of SAP, Workday , SUA, IDSE and escritorio virtual
Demonstrated analytical skills
Great interpersonal skills to interact with payroll team and partners
Proficient in English, both written and verbal
2 years of experience processing payroll
