Job Title ADAS Algorithms - Algorithm Project Manager
Posting Location Queretaro
The Algorithm Project Manager will act as a technical liaison between Continental and automotive customers. The engineer will actively work with internal and external engineering teams to bring products into production, verifying that our products meet both internal and external requirements. The engineer will have to have exception communication and organization skills, while working with engineers in many other disciplines. The focus of the work will be on requirements management and technical problems solving, while working hard to adhere to both internal and external processes.
The Driving Functions Algorithm Engineer will be responsible for the development, design and maintainance of features in radar, camera, fusion, and/or vehicle control systems. Actively work with internal and external engineering teams to bring products into production.
Develop embedded sensor algorithms to meet product requirements
Utilize advanced data analysis techniques to provide insight and inspire future development
Maintain correspondence with multiple engineering teams, both internal and external.
Maintain a thorough understand of customer and product requirements
Follow the Continental material life cycle development process, including code, requirement, and test result reviews
Effective communication in English (TOEIC 700+)
BS degree in related Engineering field, Computer Science, Physics, or Mathematics
Strong ability to solve problems in logic, mathematics, and dynamics
Firm grasp of statistical concepts
Proficient at implementing algorithms with C/C++ programming
Skilled at analysing large sets of data using Python/Matlab
Experience developing complex software
Solid knowledge developing prediction, tracking, and classification algorithms for computer vision, machine learning etc
Willingness to work on different sensor products, and serve many different roles to fill department needs
Must be willing to travel internationally or domestically, approximately 10% of time may be spent in other locations
Fluent communication in English (TOEIC 900+)
M.S./Ph.D. degree in related Engineering field, Computer Science, Physics, or Mathematics
Expert ability to solve problems in logic, mathematics, and dynamics
Experience developing automotive controls systems
Selfmotived, with an ability to work within a team or autonomously
