  • Designing and implementing the segment strategy

  • Developing and communicating its value proposition Defining customer services and satisfaction standardsFor this position, we’re looking for exceptional candidates who understand and have a deeply experience in segments and consumer products and in creating and developing value proposition in order to increase our market share in the emerging affluent segment and provide a remarkable experience for our Priority clients. Job Purpose:

  • Responsible for the definition and implementation segmentation criteria

  • He/she is responsible for developing/managing and implementing Priority customer’s value proposition

  • Responsible for the definition and implementation marketing strategies and communication

  • Leading the design, development and management of the on-boarding of Priority customers

  • Responsible for the definition and implementation of different cross sell strategies and campaigns

  • Build or enhance the product offer for the Priority customers

  • Manage the end-to-end digital value proposition execution for a large-scale omni channel, assessing opportunities and challenges, ensuring at the same time a continuous improvement in performance Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and enhance the segment criteria

  • Manage upgrade and downgrade processes

  • Evaluate market and product value propositions to explore opportunities for Priority customers

  • Build or enhance existing value propositions to meet requirements laid out by the market leadership charter

  • Build and develop opportunities through new alternative/digital channels for Acquisition, Xsell and Servicing

  • Define and coordinate with the products areas (DDA, investments, credit and insurance) the enhancement of the conditions and offering of value for Priority clients, as well as the strategies that improve the penetration rates

  • Establish strategies for commercial actions for new Priority customers, use and retention, through benefits, campaigns and alliances with products and retail directors

  • Develop a model to monitor the activation, linking and transactional dynamics of clients to increase their profitability in the Bank and improve their cross-selling

  • Design and implement the onboarding of clients to improve their activation

  • Coordinate with the product areas the design and execution of commercial campaigns for fundraising, investments, credit and insurance, where the customers of the Emerging Affluent segment are involved

  • Designing, directing and implementing the Priority marketing and communication strategy, in order to consolidate the Priority Brand as a recognized one in the market

  • Develop marketing and communication models that should be utilized with clients adjusted to life cycle and product penetration levels within Citibanamex

  • Manage the end-to-end digital value proposition execution for a large-scale omni-channel, assessing opportunities and challenges, ensuring at the same time a continuous improvement in performance

  • Interact with Marketing, Decision Management, Risk, Compliance, Legal, and any other area to support business growth Incumbent Specification Knowledge/Experience/Technical skills:

  • More than 10 years of experience in the emerging affluent or affluent segment

  • Relevant knowledge and experience in the financial industry, including working with partnerships and network

  • Experience in managing and developing value proposition and segment marketing strategies

  • Strong financial, risk management and business analytics skills

  • Proven written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong experience in developing and deploying affluent segment strategies

  • Experience in multi-channel business segment strategy

  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills

  • Working knowledge in Microsoft Office

  • Proficient in English and Spanish

  • Bachelor degree/ Engineer Personal skills:
