The Challenge Ahead:
As National Account / Digital Manager you will have an essential role of creating and maintaining relationships with our partner in order to deliver against the EA revenue and profit plan.

What a National Account does at EA:
The successful applicant will be responsible for determining the royalty brackets applicable to the Brazilian partner, in order to maximize Volume, Net Revenue and Gross Profit in Brazil as well as market share and participation. They will be required to efficiently partnering with the Marketing team to support the implementation of their activations in Brazil, as well as the implementation of local partnerships in the territory, in line with EA’s key strategy. It is essential to pro-actively develop the Brazilian partner relationship, building the business through the sharing of best practices in other countries, understanding of the sector and offering a data driven strategy to drive sustainable profit growth.
The ideal candidate will be highly numerate, with strong analytical skills and have a passion for influencing. Good communication skills will be essential in order to build and develop the customer relationship, whilst the ability to demonstrate complex problem solving will be important to deliver key LATAM objectives. Prior account management experience is a must and the successful candidate will receive focused training and coaching within role to support their functional and leadership development.
Forecasting: communicate product launch and ongoing inventory needs within the Brazilian partner and EA. Align Brazilian partner to product forecast expectations. Maximize product launch and quarterly forecast accuracy.
Update the royalty brackets to maximize product lifecycle revenue and profitability for each title. Leverage product knowledge, business KPI’s, and Brazilian partner’s customer expertise to ensure a global alignment to plans of the Brazilian market.
Drive the digital transformation of EA and leverage our centrally led Partnership/Merchandising locally.
Be the evangelist for the digital and partnership/Merchandising areas (change agent)
Drive centrally planned key digital and/or partnership programs/initiatives locally, providing cross-portfolio support
Attend weekly alignment HDD/Origin meetings and any partnership/merchandising relevant meetings
Inform and align the local teams on digital, partnership and merchandising activities, programs and results/reports.
POSA Card local management and point of contact with the territory representative.
The successful applicant also needs:
Proven track record of Accounts retails experience
Very good analytical skills
Proficient user of Microsoft Office, including Excel
Demonstration of strong commercial awareness and judgment.
