The names and type of corporations we are adding to our client’s portfolio need a high qualified colleague in the placement department to help the business to meet the revenue and profitability goals.

The Role

As the Head of H&B Mexico Operations you will work closely with both the Local H&B leader and Latam Head of Operations & Professional Excellence, as well as key practice stakeholders, to execute on the operational vision for Willis Towers Watson’s (WTW) expansion of Health and Benefits delivery as well as the evolution of the existing operating models in Mexico

Key responsibilities include:

• Executing on the operational vision for our Mexico H&B practice, working with business leadership across multiple stakeholder groups

• Developing and refining our operational benefits implementation and on-going administration offering, including integration with broking systems. This will also consider the consolidation of the processes for the tree entities.

• Lead the refinement and application of global health & group benefit processes (Target Operating Model) and development of a regional model, consistent with global model; translating these processes into a working operational model (TOM) for Mexico

• Lead the process to implement the global technology tools according to the local priorities. Facilitate requirements gathering, gap analysis, coordination with RSG, and the regional technology resources

• Work with the business and operation leadership ensuring consistent regional support processes are implemented. Identify needs of the local operation and work in collaboration with the H&B team and the GBC team to design solutions

• to continuous improvement of processes and efficiency gains

• Project manage and co-ordinate all associated activities

The Requirements

• Significant an detailed knowledge in employee benefits and/or health & welfare project management, outsourcing and implementation, ideally gained through hands-on experience

• Experience in managing multiple projects including as part of virtual teams. and producing quality deliverables on time and within budget

• Proven ability to recognize and diagnose issues and propose solutions.

• Ability to build and work in collaborative teams at all levels, across multiple practice and functional areas. Also with multiple cultures.

• Strong gravitas and well developed written and oral communication skills

• Superior ability to influence and collaborate with senior management and work across all levels of an organization

• Interest and aptitude in keeping abreast of latest developments in benefits and contributing to the development of new tools and approaches

• Ability to work and deliver to demanding deadlines

• Experience in the insurance, brokerage industries and flexible benefits is essential

• Demonstrable ability to define processes and related support systems

• Systems knowledge: must be able to understand functionality of our support systems in order to provide recommendations on support process solutions.

• Demonstrate experience of successful implementation of a support services proposition, including appropriate systems, processes, succession planning, BCP and KPIs.

• Being able to work under pressure

• Bachelor degree.

• 4 years of similar experience in the Health & Benefit area managing Operations.

• English and Spanish required.
