As a Fulfillment Solutions Manager LATAM it's expected to manage the region in aim of ensuring that customers’ orders are fulfilled in a timely, satisfactory and cost-efficient manner. You will be reporting directly to the Head of Field Operations International, as a part of the Fulfilment Team International.
The job will be based in Mexico City (MX).
PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Business Rules Ownership, Set Up & Control: trying to maximize the sales period
Finance: Liaison with Finance (payment request, payment tracking, financial problemshooting and financial incidence management and follow-up)
Efficiency: Always looking for new ways of optimizing both finance and operational tasks.
Cost Control and Tracking.
Process Control and Tracking.
Updated about new logistics trends and new fulfilment methods.
Main Stakeholder for all logistics suppliers in the region.
Internal Point of Contact for Customer Service to solve inquiries and doubts about processes and updating training materials for them.
Supplier Performance Monitoring & Tracking.
Fulfillment Aligment with other departments.
Represent the Fulfillment Team across the region.
EDUCATION, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Degree in Engineering, Business Administration or similar.
4+ year experience in Logistics Environment, ideally as a Regional Manager for LATAM.
Really deep understanding of Fulfillment and Logistic Landscape in LATAM
Proficiency in Excel and Powerpoint
Very Strong analytical skills.
SQL + iLog IBM Decission Center knowdlege or similar is required.
SAP Skills is a plus.
Proven ability to drive efficiency in cost-efficiency and processes across multiple operational units is a must.
Excellent Problem Solving and Decision Making Skills
Ability to develop strong professional relationships and to influence peers, managers, business unit leaders and other teams.
Strong Negotiation Skills
Willingness to travel across the Region.
