Facebook is seeking an experienced individual for the Client Solutions Manager (CSM) role to join the Global Marketing Solutions team, based in Mexico City. CSMs work hand in hand with Client Partners as advisors to our clients on Facebook’s products. Highly analytical, CSMs are technical at heart with a commercial mindset and are co-responsible for quota attainment as members of our sales organization. CSMs are expected to define a strategy to sophisticate our clients in Facebook’s products and business solutions and to make sure the strategy is correctly implemented. CSM must have a short-term mindset for immediate problem solving and long-term focus to drive client sophistication and develop a sustainable, results-oriented relationship. The Client Solutions Manager will work closely with clients and their agencies to drive sophistication and educate them of Facebook’s products. Success in this position requires strong consultative sales, analytical, and technical skills, a focus on client service, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, team-focused environment delivering against tight deadlines.
- -Strategy Definition: develop, together with Client Partners, a path for product adoption and overall sophistication through the deep knowledge of client’s business drivers and our platform to sustain their competitive advantage -Campaign Optimization: design, setup and optimize campaigns in our platform. Monitoring pacing on a daily basis and bringing cross-functional teams (product, measurement, marketing and engineering) to the conversation to make sure Client is implementing best-practices -Solution selling: understand clients´ business challenges and sell Facebook´s optimal solutions and sophistication -Analysis: provide insights on campaign performance to drive long-term solution selling -Quota Attainment: the CSM is co-responsible for quota attainment with the Client Partner, being aware all the time of quarterly quota, forecast (system, manual, seasonal) pipeline, run rate (current & required).
- -Bachelors or Master´s degree -6+ years of experience working in highly analytical business roles (marketing, finance, consulting, supply chain) -Self-starter with the ability to work in a fast paced, start-up environment -Experience working effectively with cross functional teams and all levels of management (internally and externally) -Advanced Excel skills, experience with analyzing data-sets and delivering actionable insights -Ability to communicate, collaborate and work effectively on a team -Ability to drive significant and complex strategic relationships with external clients -Exceptional communication and presentation skills (both written & verbal) at all levels of an organization -High level of comfort presenting key client issues in an effort to be the customer advocate within Facebook -Attention to detail an ability to prioritize and work to deadlines is critical
