Role and Responsibilities
As an Application Service Management Analyst, will be responsible to support Senior Service manager for end to end Service Delivery for identified SAP applications.
Accountable for ensuring business functions are aptly supported by SAP systems along pre-agreed SLAs and parameters
Should be able to envisage opportunities for business value addition and get it implemented in a diverse SAP and Non SAP Technology landscape.
Responsible to support Senior Service Manager for liaising with Business System Owners, Hardware vendors, Non SAP Streams and Product Vendors to ensure stakeholders across the value chain are made inclusive in Overall Service Delivery.
Required Skills and experience
2-4 years' experience
Should possess brief knowledge of SAP as a product and how each SAP module complements each other along with Business Processes.
Understanding of SAP and Non SAP Technology Architecture which includes Application, Hardware and Middleware components is a differentiator.
Should be able to appreciate high level Business Process mapping onto SAP as a platform
Significant experience of working in a multi partner scenario and a cross- culture environment is a differentiator.
Understanding of business processes. Life sciences / pharmaceutical domain is a differentiator.
Understanding of Software Development Life cycle, Application Life cycle Management, Back up and Disaster Recovery processes.
Experience in a validated environment and aware of GXP and SOX requirements is a differentiator
Should be able to drive and deliver continuous improvements through Service Improvements and Productivity improvements.
Knowledge of Release Management, Incident Management and Problem Management processes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to grasp and understand new technological trends / concepts
Willing to work in a globally distributed team
Willing to travel on assignments to Europe/USA/Malaysia as needed
Well versed in English and Spanish. Excellent spoken and written skills.
