Eaton Corporation Sales Engineer in Guadalajara, Mexico

Responsible for achieving sales goals and executing sales plans within an assigned sales territory and/or account. Responsible for securing and maintaining distribution of products and maintaining effective agreements.

a. Builds relationship with external customers.

b. Elaborate visit customer agenda and make the report out.

c. Elaborate customers contact information ( purchasing, accounts payable, warehouse, planning, operations, staff, etc).

d. Training to distributors.

e. Facilitate the communication with account receivable to get the accounts updated.

f. Support the assigned accounts to penetrate new accounts, (resale, end user, etc.).

g. Get voice of the customer (VOC) to contribute to the roadmap process.

h. Report out all the competitors initiative to support business intelligence

i. Use the information and tools provided to stablish the strategy for business review.

j. Forecast accuracy

k. Promotes Eaton´s complete offer, products, solutions and services.

QualificationsBasic Qualifications:

• BS Electrical, Mechanical or Industrial engineering

• Experience: 3-5 years in similar position

• English: Written and spoken

Preferred Specialized Knowledge:
