Human Resources has the goal to participate of the strategic vision of the company in South America, supporting the company to achieve it's ambition of growth. A lot of integrated processes are managed by this department and initiatives are created to atract, develop and retain talents in John Deere, helping the development of an aligned and high performance team. The Center of Expertise (COEs) and Training and Development, Staffing and Recruiting, Compensation & Benefits and Internal Communication, plus Shared Services of Payroll and Benefits are structures that assure all units of South America are aligned, as in sinergy with the corporate initiatives and processes.

What you’ll do

This is a temporary position for 12 months.

  • Manage the recruitment process from approval to closure for internal and external sourcing requisitions for a group of functional areas.

  • Work with hiring managers to review the profile required for the open positions and select the strategy to fill the requisition.

  • Post positions

  • Review, screen, source and filter candidates to provide a short list of viable candidates.

  • Assure the correct flow and execution of the hiring process.

  • Support and assist recruitment events with Universities.

  • Do interview logistics.

  • Follow up the medical screening of candidates, request AFC and close requisitions.

  • Assure compliance of Staffing metrics.

  • Participate on Staffing project teams in order to maintain continuous improvement.

What it takes

  • English speaking

  • Previous Staffing experience for salary positions.

  • Organizational or general Psychology Bachelor Degree. Business Administration Degree or equivalent experience.


  • SuccessFactors (Recruitment module) experience.

  • Experience Staffing for Product Engineering or Manufacturing positions.
