This role is primarily responsible for executing the strategic initiative to achieve sales targets by optimizing the distribution network and channel partner performance within our international markets. This role is also responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction possible by improving dealer performance through the management and implementation of a dealer development program.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensure distributor/customer satisfaction is met with our competitive international sales business.
Responsible for managing short and long-term strategic plans outlining market prioritization and entry.
Creates and Outlines priorities/action plans to guide the international sales team.
Responsible for Key Account Management
Manages financial metrics and provides training to key sales personnel to ensure alignment between sales targets and forecasts.
Acts as the liaison between international sales personnel and new dealers to ensure partnerships are effective and profitable.
Develops policies and procedures as required.
Responsible for ensuring integrity and accuracy of files and information.
Other duties as assigned.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or related field.
