ü CO Controlling Team requires a Finance Analyst to support in the coordination for a balance sheet account reconciliation review for the corporate ledgers for Asia, Europe and Americas.

ü The Finance Analyst will be coordinating the balance sheet review, the follow ups with the reginonal controllers, the clearing of the open items, and the standardization of processes.

/Primary Duties:/

ü The Finance Analyst will be responsible to prepare the below information for the balance sheet account reconciliation review:

o Prepare the audit plan. o Creation of the balance sheet account reconciliation matrix. o Selection of the sample. o Determine the phases of the balance sheet account reconciliation review. o Review of the account reconciliation documentation. o Analyse the reasonability of the items in the balance sheet. o Determine the timing for the balance sheet review. o Identify the reconciling items, unreconciling items, risks, opportunities. o Determine the action plan for the resolution of the reconciling items. o Follow up on the resolution for the reconciling items within 90 days from when they first appear.

ü The Finance Analyst is the central point of contact for ledger owners and CO Controlling team during the balance sheet review.

ü Additionally, the Finance Analyst will support in the creation of an Accounting Shared Point for the Global Commodities for Mexico ledgers.

· Review general ledger reconciliations as per SOX responsibility matrix.

· Prepares and coordinates internal account reconciliation review.

· Coordinates and interacts with other regional corporate functions (Treasury, Tax, Legal and Risk Management) or even GBS services;

· Involved in issues dealing with shared service centers within the region, primarily those which impact accounting activities;

/Job Requirements:/

* Bachelor's Degree in Accounting; Master Degree desired * At least 5 years accounting experience * At least 5 years auditing experience, as preferred in one of the Big Four worldwide firms. * Thorough knowledge of local accounting principles * Knowledge of US GAAP accounting principles would be an asset * Computer competency in the client-server environment using a wide range of application software * Excellent communication skills and customer focused approach * Familiarity with problem solving and process improvement techniques * Ability to manage projects and see them through to implementation * Ability to work well independently and work well in a team setting * Fluent in English * Hands on mentality * Flexible * Eager to learn
