KYC Training, Communication and Operational Personnel Logistics Vice-President
Manage KYC training, communication and personnel logistics for the Consumer Support Unit operations
Assure that the operation comply with the local and global AML Policies for the KYC process including the Art 115 of the Credit Institutions Law and CitiKYC Global Policy and those related to this within the Business Support Unit.
Main objective is to hire, train and communicate on time to all KYC operation personnel achieving productivity, quality and sustainability goals, as well as customer satisfaction.
Plan and coordinate hiring processes together with the Human Resources area and outsourcing vendors.
Plan, design and execute the following processes: (i) operational training for new hired personnel and for existing personnel (on-going training), (ii) internal operational communication related to changes in the processes / regulatory (on-going communication), (iii) organizational changes (team members work reassignment).
Establish, follow-up and document of team development plans, improvement plans, and recognition of good performance, feedback and periodic coaching to the team if necessary. Monitor and correct daily results of productivity, quality and performance.
This is a key position to ensure that the KYC operational personnel be assigned on time and with the required level of knowledge to accomplish the daily/weekly/monthly productivity and quality goals. In addition, ensure compliance with local and global policies and procedures (KYC and AML) that apply to the assigned processes.
Supervise the dedicated team to design and deliver the training and operational communication.
Plan and coordinate
Plan and coordinate hiring processes together with the Human Resources area to cover new positions or attrition replacement.
Plan and coordinate hiring processes together with the Outsourcing Vendors to cover new positions or attrition replacement.
Plan, design and execute the operational training for new hired personnel and for existing personnel (on-going training)
Plan, design and execute the internal operational communication related to changes in the processes / regulatory (on-going communication).
Coordinate ongoing organizational changes (team members work reassignment).
Consolidate an effective work team, improving the skills of their staff or developing the existing talents to achieve their objectives, as well as achieve an adequate work environment.
Interaction at the Management level, presenting results and proposals for the improvement of the process in charge, through the development of statistical and operational plans.
Decision making according to the requirements of Management.
Review and monitoring of productivity. Analysis and management of the MIS, for delivery of reports to Management and Global related to the process.
Follow-up to requirements that have to do with regulations and internal controls.

Experience in organizational change management processes, minimum 2 years (essential).
Experience in training and communication management processes, minimum 2 years (essential).
Project Management (PMO), 5 years (essential).
Experience in personnel hiring processes (desired).
Experience managing outsourcing vendors (desired).
