Manager - Change and Release Process KYC

Job Purpose:

Manage a work team with the objective of ensuring the correct operation of the PLD Policy, Art 115 of the Law of Credit Institutions and Global Policy CitiKYC through the planning and timely implementation of operational and technological changes. With the main objective of achieving established goals of productivity of the work team, level of quality of the cases attended, achievement of the sustainability of the process and area in charge. Planning and implementation of changes interacting with the areas at the Management and Global levels for operational definitions, reaching agreements and making decisions about the change and implementation process.

Job Background/context:

This is a key position to ensure that changes in the operation derived from regulatory, political or technological changes are planned and implemented in time and quality to all personnel of the Business Support Unit.

Key responsibilities:

  • Management of operational change projects, and integration with related entities, such as CBSU, AML, IBCO, Business, FIU, Technology and Government.

  • Planning and Implementation of the Control and Government requirements for compliance with institutional policies and the correct prevention of possible audit issues and timely attention of the CAPS in the process.

  • Supervision of the regulatory compliance of the process regarding the PLD and Global CitiKYC Policy in joint interaction with the AML area.

  • Interaction at the management level, presenting results and proposals for the improvement of the process in charge, through the development of statistical and operational plans.

  • Decision making according to the requirements of Management.

  • Give attention and follow-up to the requirements that have to do with regulations and internal controls.


  • Local regulations for financial entities (desirable).

  • Knowledge of PLD

  • Personnel Management- experience with personnel in charge- 2 years (indispensable).

  • Project Management: 3 years.

  • Management of Operational Processes: 2 years.

  • Change Control Processes, Release Management to Production, Incidents and Problems (desirable).


  • Bachelor's degree or Engineering (100% credits or graduates)

  • Knowledge in Microsoft Office - Intermediate Level.

  • Development, implementation and monitoring of operational controls (desirable).

  • English Language-Intermediate level capable of understanding and being able to communicate orally and in writing (indispensable).
