  • Responsibilities: * Network Performance and Quality reports and tasks relating to faults;

SLA and KPI reports; Enabling the AM teams; Direct support to FLM Teams.

  • Main purpose of the Role and Key Responsibilities: *

  • Close inter-working with Networking Monitoring teams for basic and advance troubleshooting

  • Network performance, perform network quality reports for the SLA s and KPI s contracted to NOC

  • Generation of comprehensive statistics of troubles, their analysis and any measures derived from the analysis for preventive maintenance activities

  • Key Performance Measures: *

  • Customer Satisfaction related to Fault Management & Specialized Troubleshooting

  • Operational Excellence KPIs.

Education / Qualification:

  • Degree in Telecommunications or related field or equivalent work experience required.

  • Advanced Technical knowledge of mobile & transport networks

Experience / Skills:

  • Skills of network monitoring tools and events tracking
