Job Purpose:

Reporting to Citibanamex Office of Governance & Control Head, the Third Party Management Head will be responsible to ensure that all Third Party activities within the franchise are conducted in a safe and sound manner and in compliance with applicable laws, rules, regulations, policies and standards of conduct.

Third Party Management Head will work together with Business and Function Heads, and will be supported by Business Activity Owners, Third Party Officers, Enterprise Supply Chain, Finance, Legal, Compliance and In Business Control Officers for creating an effective operating model to manage external and internal third parties across Grupo Financiero Banamex end to end.

Key responsibilities:

•Implement a centralized and integrated Third Party Management Governance Framework for Citibanamex to effectively establish institutionalize the Global TPM Program locally, including the oversight of key stakeholders and support units to facilitate the effective execution of the Program.

•Monitor and oversee of Business Activity Owners, Third Party Officers, Enterprise Supply Chain, Finance, Legal, ComplianceandCompliance and In Business Control Officers related roles and responsibilities within the franchise.

•Monitor & oversee end to end business process performance for enterprise supply chain and third party management across all business lines and legal entities of Grupo Financiero Banamex

•Ensure the effective operation of the Third Party Management Governance Committees for Mexico

•Periodically report to the appropriate Local and Global Governance Committee(s) on the effectiveness of the Local Program and Citibanamex overall Third Party risk profile.

•Provide leadership for reviews across the three lines of defence to identify potential issues, monitor corrective action plans associated with such reviews, determining whether such results have broader application, and requiring implementation of corrective action plans where broader application was identified. Support external audits and regulatory exams.

•Ensure that relevant members of Senior Management have been made aware about the strategic, operational, reputational, legal, regulatory, compliance, fraud and in some cases, credit risks that may incurred by the use of Third Parties.

•Ensure the effective risk management process for External and Internal Third Party Relationships according to the third party relationship life-cycle requirements under the Third Party Management Policy and Standards Policy.

•Ensure the risk(s) associated with Third Party Relationships are identified and assessed in accordance with criteria established by the CTPMO and using systems and/or processes approved by the CTPMO and overseen by a Governance Committee(s).

•Promote an accurate, complete and timely documentation management of all Third Party Relationships as set forth in the Standards.

•Partner with the OGC,GFB Senior Management Team, CTPMO and ESCto develop and manage periodic reviews of the effectiveness of the Mexico Third Party Management Program to look for continuous improvements and/or implement Global best practices.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

•Post-Graduate or Master Degree

•Fluent in English and Spanish

•Relevant Training and Certifications (Process Improvement, Quality, Service Management, Risk & Control and similar)

Knowledge/Experience:

•Post-Graduate (Master Degree) with 10+ years of experience in related functions

•Financial services industry experience required

•Relevant Third Party Management and Risk & Controlknowledge required

•Knowledge of relevant local and global regulation and internal policies.

•Experience with major outsourcing partners

•Leadership experience in large multinational organizations

•Experienced in supply chain and service management concepts

•Experience in leading transformation programs
