C. R. Bard, Inc. Sr. Production Supervisor in Mexico
Supervise manufacturing processes, complying with standards and procedures. Manage people, materials and equipment assuring product quality, complying the production schedule in time and quantity. Take control of the Manufacturing department when Manufacturing Superintendent was not in the building
Follow up any quality issue and complete all the quality system request to close documentation on time
Ensure that all operator are certified to performed their jobs
Revise the production schedule
Supervise manufacturing process and verify flow material
Coordinate process audits
Generate / follow up of rejection, scrap, productivity, down time, reports, etc.
Coordinate personnel absenteeism, sickness permission, check in/ out cards
Assuring quality, complying with procedures and specifications
Participate and coordinate quality committees, subordinates meetings and other meetings
Support production areas where designated supervisor is absent
Participate in motivational programs
Participate in plant training courses scheduled
Mandatory compliance to general and safety procedures applying to this position
Follow up and improve the 5S program
Ability to Solving Problems
Lead a CAPA
Driven the Team in Lean Activities and Continuous Improvement Projects
College Degree completed
Experience of minimum 5 years in a similar position
Ability to communicate in Engish
Knowledge in Production processes
Knowledge in Quality Standards Regulations
Experienced handling groups
Time and movementa administration
Ability to handle MS Office and MFG Pro
Writing and speaking skills to communicate with all level personnel
