Objective

The Hospitals Sales Operations Specialist position supports the operation to maternities in the Hospitals structure (private & government). This support is done through follow-up of all sales transactions, creating differentiation service tools, defining strategic support for each maternity and develop access for government hospitals.

Functions and Responsibilities

  • Coordinates hospitals sales forecasting, planning, and budgeting processes used within the hospitals sales organization. Proactively monitors and strives to maintain high levels of quality, accuracy, and process consistency in all the operation of maternities. As needed, coordinates planning activities with other functions in the company.

  • Proactively identifies opportunities for sales process improvement. Works closely with sales management to inspect sales process quality and prioritize opportunities for improvement. Assists sales management in understanding process bottlenecks and inconsistencies. Facilitates an organization of continuous process improvement.

  • Monitors the accuracy and efficient distribution of sales reports and other intelligence essential to the sales organization. Recommends revisions to existing reports, or assists in the development of new reporting tools as needed.

  • "Implements enabling technologies, including CRM, to field sales teams. Monitors the assigned sales organization’s compliance with required standards for maintaining CRM data. Works closely with sales management and SFE to optimize the effectiveness of the firm’s technology investments."

  • Coordinates training delivery to sales, sales management, and sales support personnel in the supported sales organization.

  • Develop different access strategies depending on the type of hospital and sales objectives.

  • Develop new distribution channels to control and report the government sales separate from MSF sales. The creation of payer and stakeholders tools and messages, identifying channel and portfolio strategies.

  • Provides support to the Marketing strategies of products understanding the critical importance of Market Access for business success

  • Ensure team activities to comply with Company Business Code of Conduct and all local applicable laws within scope of function responsibility

  • Coordinate overlay and staff meetings scheduled.

Formal Education

Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field of study (Finance, Sales, Engineering, Administration and Marketing)

Knowledge

Advanced Excel knowledge, data base handling, hospitals sales knowledge (desired), SAP

Experience

  • Proven experience in turning data into reports / summarize information to enable and help decision making. Required

  • Experience in strategic planning and execution. Desired

  • Experience in SFE and/or market intelligence. Desired
