VF Corporation Sales & Marketing Director in Mexico

Job Description

This position manages and directs all aspects of the Sales and Marketing functions for the Brand in Mexico. Responsible for developing and executing business strategies, P&L, new growth initiatives, key wholesale account planning.

  • Directs P&L activities for the brand, including any decision which directly affects sales and profits, strategic direction, and day to day marketing activities.

  • Develops brand and product positioning and leads the effort to develop, identify, and execute growth opportunities according to market conditions and that also fits into organizations long term vision and strategic growth.

  • Develops and approves brand marketing activities in line with brand strategy, including consumer communications (media, packaging, and in-store) and account communications (market support, promotions, presentations) and market research.

  • Establishes commercial policies that drive sales and profitability. Determines product pricing, GM performance, monitors close-outs and irregular levels, maintains cost controls and plans and manages budgets.

  • Manages the sales area, directing account management, sales force and developing account plans.

Job Requirements:

15 total years related job experience with 7-10 years of management experience.

Post Graduate Degree preferred.
