Responsible for identifying the market target segment of real estate, as well as gain, consolidate and exploit market information identifying subsectors and regionalization.

Responsible for defining the guidelines for the relationship of business and commercial prospecting, letters market, preparation of offers and presentation to customers, as well as the definition of the strategy to promote.

Develop a force specializing in property sales estate that not only increase revenues, but is the first line of defense against the sector-specific risks.

Determine RORC, pricing policy, profitability of portfolio of product for the segment of real estate in CCB.

Responsible care, maintain and abide by the policies of prevention of money laundering (KYC), cross-selling and derivatives in structured loans.

Lead and implement the documentation of processes, operating controls, follow-up to T & C disbursements.


Excellent understanding of the CCB practices and capacity to conceptualize and put in practice all the strategies appropriate to support the Bank.
