Eaton Corporation Process Quality Manager in Mexico
Develops policies and procedures to fulfill with customer requirements.
Promotes, Improves and develops the management system of the business.
Reviews, verifies and approves 8D's to ensure effectiveness of corrective actions for customer and internal quality issues.
Promotes and coordinates the excellence in the operations through the lead of quality strategies and initiatives.
Obtains the testing equipment that is required for the correct inspection and provides training to all departments.
Manages and directs quality personnel. Resolve performance problems with subordinates. Develop functional and
competency skills of the quality department personnel and improve the team productivity.
Ensures Flawless product launches through adherence to APQP process.
Identifies cost out opportunities and work with Operational Excellence department to execute cost out projects.
Offers support to manufacture, analyzing the line rejections and leading efforts to identify and implement projects to reduce
Implements and directs projects with manufacturing department when the customer returns require formal corrective
Attend training courses assigned by Human Resources Department.
Perform activities according to the Quality and Environmental politics established by the business.
Leading Continuous Improvement activities in my area of responsibility through the deployment and utilization of Eaton
Business System policies and processes, such as ELSS. CIF, PRO-Launch, EQS, MESH and others as applicable.
Industrial Engineering Degree or similar
5-10 years quality experience
Quality System Knowledge
Projects Management Experience
Quality Management Systems Experience
Experience with Six Sigma and lean manufacturing Methodology
Strong interpersonal skill with proven ability to lead change
Excellence communication and human relations skills and the ability to lead and motivate subordinates
Quality Systems Auditor Certified
