Design, develop, run, test and upgrade processes to improve productivity by area and job function.
Assess processes, take times and movements and interpret data.
Modify processes according to business needs.
Develop best practices, routines and innovative solutions to improve processes of all Distribution Center areas.
Manage the relation with conveyor system vendor and ensure continuous operation.
Manage cost and time constraints.
Coordinate updates for existing or new systems within the Distribution Center.
