  • Main purpose of the Role and Key Responsibilities: *

OSS Administration provides management of OSS user accounts and the maintenance and upgrades of the OSS SW/HW and associated networks

  • Leads & Manages the OSS team

  • Ensures the OSS User/Access Management process

  • Ensures OSS Integrity

  • Ensures OSS Maintenance & Upgrades

  • Ensures OSS Architecture Support

  • Ensures correct access levels for Network Management Systems (NMS) users

  • Ensures Resolution of OSS Platform problems

  • Ensures availability & performance of OSS

  • Ensures maintenance of OSS servers, workstations and firewalls

  • Ensures availability of OSS SW backups

  • Supports development of the OSS architecture

  • Supports NO organization on user access matters

Qualifications:

Education / Qualification:

  • Administrator level knowledge on Windows Servers

  • Administrator level knowledge on Linux Servers

  • Advanced TCP/IP knowledge

  • Red Hat Certified Engineer (RHCE) - Preferable

  • Microsoft Certified System Engineer (MCSE) Preferable

  • Microsoft Certified System Administrator (MCSA) Preferable

  • Cisco CCNA or Juniper certification Preferable


Experience / Skills:

  • System administrator Windows and/or Linux with 3 to 5 years experience
