Description

Ensure that the fragrance and skin knowledge, as well as makeup skills and service levels at POS is up to standard in order to deliver a great experience to the consumer, while promoting the DNA of each Brand for ADF, Origins, Smashbox and LabSeries teams.

This position defines the educational priorities and develops the plans to cascade Brand´s strategic priorities to achieve them, in terms of knowledge/ skills and customer service in every door and with every touch point within the Brand. Therefore, strategic planning and development of educational goals are required.

The Training Manager leads by example and supervises 1 in-store trainer though coaching, definition of KPI´s, organization of time allocation in order to achieve business objectives, service standards and selling skills.

The position is also in charge of creating a strong bond between sales and training to achieve growth in sales and the development of future top performers of the brand.

Train, supervise and maintain the cabine service program. Hold a yearly training session to reinforce the service standards in cabines as well as work in store with cabine experts to ensure appropriate service standards.

This role has direct impact in:

  4. Turnover of the POS

  5. Skincare cabines for Lab Series

Qualifications

Decision making 30%-

Together with Marketing and Sales, establish goals and training priorities for each Brand.

Define the Education agenda. Resource allocation. Retrain products and categories that are showing decreases in sales.

Attend monthly staff meetings and focus on key behaviors of the brand.

Evaluate sales skills and product knowledge of BAs and take action to improve their skills.

Plan and coordinate uniform purchase and assignment and be champion of image standards for each brand.

Ensure the use and follow up of client registry.

Translate all education materials sent by the brand.

Problem solving 20% -

Ability to solve problems by being collaborative, creative and analytical

Ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently

Maximize economic and timing resources according to regional needs, the number of stores, and personnel.

Time management between one brand and another according to priorities and sales weight.

Tackle service level issues; lack of knowledge

Solve consumer´s complaints.

Independence and responsibility 20%-

The annual agenda structure is determined by:

Major national trainings each semester: for Origins and ADF.

Additionally, there are Basic Trainings for the new hires and other local trainings based on special needs sales productivity, Launches and marketing insights.

Budget Responsibility 10%–

Budget will be assigned at the beginning of each FY.

Leadership 20%-

Leads, coaches, guides and develops in store trainers reporting to this position

Holds coaching sessions in store to ensure execution of new and past educational programs and new launches.

Design and Produce local trainings materials required for each brand.
