Mexico Head of Business Office

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Management:

  • Liaison with CRS and FP&A Divisional, Country and Regional staff to:

  • Develop the regional operating and capital budgets

  • Manage routine reporting and forecasting of the regional budgets.

  • Support the Region Heads in routine and ad hoc financial reviews and reporting

  • Manage the development, maintenance, reporting and review of all productivity initiatives.

Strategic Planning and Implementation

  • Liaison with the CRS (REGION) SMT to

  • Develop and manage footprint rationalization plans in both Regions

  • Coordinate Strategic Planning & Analysis activities in both Regions

Re engineering/Process Transformation

  • Work with the CRS (REGION) SMT to

  • To oversee the development and implementation of right placement strategies in both Regions.

  • To identify, encourage, initiate and monitor all re-engineering activities to improve efficiencies and/or reduce expenses inside (REGION).

  • To manage and report on the Regions progress against the CRS Key Initiatives and Innovation Goals

Human Resources Management

  • Work with the CRS (REGION) Region Head, CRS Head of Business Office and HR partners to:

  • Implement and Manage the CRS global talent program

  • Manage resource supply and demand

  • Manage headcount reporting

Communication and Relationship Management

  • Work with the CRS (REGION) Region Head and the CRS Head of Business Office to:

  • Implement the CRS Global communication Strategy within (REGION)

  • Manage day to day relationships with, regional FP and A, regional controllers, regional accounting Policy , regional O&T, regional E O&T and business partner business offices

Policy Management

  • Work with CRS Division, CRS (REGION) Region Head and the CRS Head of Business Office on:

  • Ownership of CRS (REGION) policies and their alignment to global policies

  • The management of policy development and implementation

  • Policy communication and dissemination




  • 5 years Experience of working in diverse and multidisciplinary environment teams.

  • 2 years Experience of program/project management in general sense

  • 2 years Experience of synthesis of information to be presented to senior management

  • 2 years Experience of process re-engineering and management

  • 2 years Experience of managing remote teams

  • Knowledge of accountability and financial concepts in Real Estate Industry

  • Knowledge of Citigroup businesses and Control Policies.

  • Counts with degree, Administrative or Finantial is desirable.

  • Strong command on English, both spoken and written, 80%

  • Formal financial qualification (not necessary, depending on experience)
