Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Create, develop or improve engaging training materials for online, instructor led, and remote live training

  • Create and update curricula for different operational areas.

  • Schedule training for onboarding personnel

  • Schedule recertification of current programs

  • Deliver Instructor led training for existing and new personnel

  • Track trainee's progress for online, instructor led, and remote training

  • Create and deliver progress reports for management

  • Attend project management meetings and communicate results

  • Coordinate project efforts and achieve desired results

  • Administrate and Author LMS materials and assign training via LMS

  • Follow up on trainees' progress and establish methods to improve trainees' performance

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (Computer Science or Teaching related)

  • Business English is a must (Spoken and Written), American pronunciation strongly desired

  • 4+ Years of teaching experience (training, developing manuals or courses)

  • 3+ Years of experience in IT areas

  • ITIL best practice experience: ITIL Books, Processes, Functions, etc. (ISO 20000 experience is a plus)

  • MS Office proficient: Word, Excel, PPT, (Master). Outlook, Visio, Publisher (Advanced).

  • Learning Management System (LMS) administration experience – any type of LMS

  • Experience with tools such as Captivate 6.0+, Camtasia 8.1+, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Presenter, Articulate Studio, Adobe Creative Cloud, etc.

  • Knowledgeable of ticketing tools (Remedy 7.1+, Peregrine: Service Center, Service Now, etc.)

  • Remote tools experience (Webex, meetingstogo, Skype for business, etc.)

  • Other languages such as: French, Portuguese, Polish are a strong plus

  • Knowledge of SCORM 1.2/2004, AICC standards
