Job Requirements

Edad:18 años en adelante

Escolaridad:Estudiante de Preparatoria (Terminada) y/o licenciatura (trunca o terminada)

Experiencia:Experiencia en el ramo bancario y en mesas de servicio y/o servicio a clientes.

Habilidades:Manejo de PC, ambiente Windows, buena expresión oral, ortografía, orientación al servicio al cliente, técnicas para el manejo de teclado y tipeo, capacidad de escucha activa y comprensión.

Aptitudes:Actitud de servicio al cliente, responsable, honesto y facilidad para Trabajar en equipo, adaptabilidad y tolerancia a la frustración.
