Infrastructure Tech Analyst
Perform and execute the designs released by the Network Solutions Area (Engineering), in order to provide the business requested service.
This position is responsible of releasing and implementing the designs for the replacement of EOL equipment, within the communication network, fulfilling the corporate standards.
CTI Mexico is responsible to provide first in class infrastructure services and support for Mexico Business Lines and approximate of 50,000 CTI Customers (Including GCB, ICG and Enterprise O&T).
CTI Mexico Cyber Security and Networks team is responsible of building and improving Network and security infrastructure platforms. In order to fulfil the highest levels of quality (ensuring reliability, availability and stability), this unit must:
·Follow the Global CTI and CATE standards
·Accomplish time, costs and scope specifications
·Trigger best and immediate actions to solve related issues
·Identify improvement opportunities for current infrastructure
·Have a consistent change control process
·Avoid any risks of having an outage
·Ensure all the performance information is always updated and available
·Follow up any improvement action until completion
1.Responsible of the execution of the network engineering design packets sent by the Network Solution Area and based on the global CATE standards, seeking the fulfilment of the different Infrastructure requirements to support the Operative Models of the Mexican environments, such as: Branches, ATMs, Campus, B2B’s-Citiplex (third parties & Internet) and Data Centers (Jardines-QRDC) Central Infrastructure.
2.Support Banamex MX Corporate Network, keeping an appropriate standard scheme for the Business entities correct functioning through network infrastructure, visualizing the correct Infrastructure standardization and update on their time to live (EOL-EOVS).
3.Responsible of documenting and keeping the Data Base NET INFO up to date with the associated infrastructure and network designs for each Banamex model-entity. (TCP/IP addressing documentation included in this function)
4.Manage the projects assigned in the NPSM (Network Project Management System) and satisfy the Business and CTI MX due dates.
·Responsible of taking decisions related to his/her group of work, considering functions and roles
·Implementation of architectures following global CATE standards
·Learn from new network technologies in the Banking Industry
Work under a high volume, high pressure environment
·Knowledge of data networks (routers, LAN switches, etc.)
Broad experience in routing and commutation of Data Center, Perimeter, Security, Domains, Campus and branches networks.
·Good communication skills.
·Competent in project management (can manage to tight deadlines) and administration

·Proactive, able to use own initiative and take lead to devise creative solutions

·B.S./B.A. degree level on Electronics and Communications, IT, computing or similar is desirable.
·2+ year of experience in IT industry as analyst or similar
·Capable of maintaining English conversations at a technical level
·Capable to work with cross functional teams
·Must be able to communicate clearly while working either individually or as a team player
·Able to manage multiple priorities with competing deadlines
