ICG O&T Mexico represents $ 58MM of expense and 946HC for ICG business. Areas under this structure are TTS O&T, Markets and Securities O&T, ISG/ KYC, OTCR and Relationship Support unit.
This position is responsible to consolidate the end to end of the Mexico ICG O&T planning & Analysis.
·Level of Business detailed insight into financial performance and forward looking (Direct Expense, Headcount and Client View Charge Out).
·Suppport the Mexico ICG O&T Transformation and Simplification (Functional Transfers/ Taxonomy).
·Support and ensure Forward looking process (Outlook/Budget – Expense and Charge Out).
·Expense walk analysis (Investment/ Productivity/ Inflation/ Merit/ others).
·Key financial drivers measure and control.
·Support the Mexico ICG O&T productivity and investments.
·RIF tracking and control to ensure financial performance committed.
·Ensure Operations and Technology adequate financial performance across the different sectors and products.
·Support the Mexico ICG O&T managers to assess all risk and opportunities across ICG based on the O&T Customer view perspective and proactively work with them to solve it.
·Point of contact for LOCAL ICG O&T / ICG Product FP&A / REGIONAL ICG O&T FP&A.
·Maintain alignment between financials systems and PTS/ APS.
·Provide analytical insight regarding PTS/ APS.
·Support financial presentation and reporting to be distributed to the key stakeholders.
·Leveraging financial information to help drive investment decisions and productivity actions.
·5-8 years in Financial experience, knowledge.
·Supervisory experience (2-5 years)
·General knowledge of the O&T and ICG areas
·Strong knowledge of finance planning process to support all operations and technology analysis with accurate and measurable financial data for planning, budgeting and forecasting.
·Basic macroeconomic understanding impacting Mexico business.
·Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Business Administration.
·MBA or other relevant graduate degree is desired.
·Ability to manage large amounts of data
