Qualifications:

Minimum 7-10 Years Experience

SSL (Service Stream Leader)s Role includes:

Manages the Services content preparation phase during the bid

forms and manages the Services section of the bid team and drives

service consolidation, assessment and completeness of the assigned

section.

Analyzes the service requirements from the RfX

Prepares the Services bid directive and understanding service

strategy.

Interfaces with GSS Bid Manager, Service Solution Manager (SSM), Service Product

Managers (Regional, GSS PdM s).

Prepares service solution / implementation concept and holding

Service Kick off meeting along with SSM.

Responds to service related SoC, service summary and service

solution descriptions.

Consolidates the service offer and service related risks and

assumptions.

Proposal/Bid Management/coordination. To understand overall

responsibility for managing a customer bid for GS deliverables (i.e.

collaboration to assemble bid team, confirmation on GSS GS

supported scope, timelines, resources and all other activities in terms

of project management of the bid) while ensuring timely delivery of

high quality deliverables. Proven experience in handling

simultaneous cases/ project with short timelines and in multicultural

and virtual environments.

Relationship management. Creates relationship strategy and

establishes strong relationship and credibility with GSS internal

customer's key stakeholders to ensure value is delivered to increase

GSS acceptance.

Negotiation. Understands that all interaction can be considered as

negotiation, e.g. finding positions and motives. Always prepares for

the technical sales negotiations with the appropriate team involved.

Working across Boundaries. Supports and builds communities

within Nokia and GSS across GSS locations, regions and is able to

relate to individuals from different backgrounds and at varying

organizational levels

Engaging Dialogue. Communicates in an open and engaging

manner. Fluently transmits complex information, adjusting style to

suit the needs of the audience. Interacts with others in a sensitive,

respectful and consultative manner. Supports others, and

Spanish and English Proficiency, Portuguese is a plus
