Our Medical Devices business segment produces a broad range of innovative products and solutions used primarily by health care professionals in the fields of orthopedics, neurological disease, vision care, infection prevention, cardiovascular disease, and aesthetics.
Cardiovascular & Specialty Solutions (CSS): The CSS Group consists of six diverse businesses including Advanced Sterilization Products (ASP), Acclarent, Biosense Webster, Mentor, SEDASYS® and Sterilmed. The CSS Group serves a diverse base of customers in Ear, Nose and Throat (ENT), Infection Prevention, Electrophysiology, Surgical and Non-Surgical Aesthetics, Sedation and Reprocessing. General Summary:Develops, leads, and ensures execution of business plans to meet future needs and expectations. Responsibilities include development of short-term tactical sales and Brand/Product Management marketing plans, and contributes to longer-term tactical plans. Ensures brand integrity by leading efforts across multiple functions, channels and international regions to protect our brands from any attack and/or activities which may harm our patients and business partners. At this level, the position has a greater degree of impact on the business results and typically, responsibility for managing a group of professionals. This job is not eligible for sales incentives/sales commissions. Implements tactical plan by providing appropriate promotional materials. Works across all elements of the marketing mix and uses appropriate channels of communication. Monitors and controls budget to access promotional effectiveness. Works productively with external agencies and cross functional groups within the organization. Ensures completion of market analysis and monitors competitive activity. Develops new concepts and products; portfolio management and prioritization of new opportunities through financial modeling and gap analysis. Builds strong network with key opinion leaders and monitors industry developments impacting business. Develops innovative marketing programs based on brand/product strategies and implements through Oversees performance improvement plans and reviews, promotions, salary recommendations, hiring and terminations. Coaches, develops and inspires staff
Directs and coordinates the definition and deployment of the marketing strategy for the respective platform/specialty. This includes key execution of the following critical processes: business planning, marketing plan, portfolio management and development, market trends analysis, new product launches, business performance tracking, digital marketing and multi-channel marketing.
Has a direct contribution to the development of the platform/specialty strategy in the different clusters of the region. Works closely with Operating Company; provides recommendations / input to for the development of platform/specialty marketing strategy considering the region market needs.
Represent LATAM region market requirements at the Originating Company (OC) in Platform Leadership Teams (PLTs).
Responsible for LATAM Targeting, Segmentation and Pricing strategies for each product in the platform/specialty, and conducting Market Research to validate
Responsible for developing marketing collateral and support materials aligned to above strategies
Leads new product/ programs launches into the region exercising LEX (Launch Excellence).
Responsible for gathering and analyzing market intelligence reports and providing strategic feedback to the organization. Responsible for building Strategic Plan forecast.
Drive cross-market communication and learning to ensure best practices and competitive insight are shared across markets.
Responsible for BP Sales and P&L (GP, Opex, MNI, SNI) attainment for the respective platform/specialties.
Responsible for executing new standards of Marketing Excellence in the organization.
8 or more years of leadership experience in a combination of Sales and Marketing Management roles with a demonstrated track record of achieving business results in challenging business environments.
8 or more years of Marketing Experience in Managerial roles with a demonstrated track record of achieving business results, including but not limited to: (experience in a combination of Sales and Marketing Management roles preferred)
*Capturing insights and translating them into viable solutions for customers, communicating value, translating market dynamics into pricing strategy driving profitability, portfolio management, forecast and demand planning, new product launches. Market research, agency management, marketing plan development (media/ promotion)
Experience working in cross functional teams, integrating and coordinating them to achieve results.

Post graduate marketing degree preferred.
