Key Responsibilities:

Data Mining and Analysis

  • Liaison with CRS and FP&A Divisional, Country and Regional staff to:

  • Data Gathering, Compile and Analysis of data through different techniques in order to generate effective reports.

  • Develop and implement different databases, data collection systems, data analytics and other strategies that optimize statistical, efficiency and quality.

  • Acquiring data from primary and secondary sources and maintaining databases/data analysis systems.

  • Analyze and investigates up-to-date information from various sources and in various formats.

Portfolio Initiatives and Key Indicators

  • Liaison with CRS and FP&A Divisional, Country and Regional staff to:

  • Filter and “clean” the data by reviewing different reports in order to have better performance indicators to locate and lead improvements.

  • Analysis CRS Portfolio in order to liaison with the business strategies and requirements.

  • Perform CRS Key Indicators for Mexico Portfolio (Vacancy Rate, Density, etc)

Critical Thinking

  • Liaison with CRS and FP&A Divisional, Country and Regional staff to:

  • Identify and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets

  • Clearly documents sources and validates the accuracy of data/information to resolve inconsistencies.

Work with Regional Operations Manager to prioritize business and information needs

  • Liaison with the CRS (REGION) SMT to:

  • Conducts adhoc and standard analyses in response to customer needs, incorporating knowledge of parallel, ongoing projects into analysis for customers.

  • Leverages external networks to ensure all relevant information is integrated into analysis and interpretation of data.

  • Seek for additional resources or sources when gaps and inconsistencies or variances in data are found.

Qualifications

Knowledge/Experience

  • Experience of working in diverse and multidisciplinary environment teams.

  • Experience of program/project management in general sense

  • Experience of synthesis of information to be presented to senior management

  • Experience of process re-engineering and management

  • Experience of managing remote teams

  • Knowledge of accountability and financial concepts in Real Estate Industry

  • Knowledge of Citigroup businesses and Control Policies.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate preferred Administrative, System or Engineering Career(not necessary, depending on experience)

  • Strong command on English, both spoken and written 80%

  • Formal financial qualification (not necessary, depending on experience)
