Customer Relationship Analyst and DELIVERY PARTNER (CDP) • Proactively monitors all supplier and delivery exceptions and communicates to the appropriate ERP role issues that may interfere with the on-time or complete delivery of all hardware and software products associated with a customer order • Provides a single point of contact for all sales order issues after order submission • Monitor inventory levels to assure material will meet customer delivery requirements coordinating the following items: • Monitor internal or external supplier delivery status as necessary • Manufacturing production issues effecting customer delivery • Monitoring inventory and staging status and communicating issue resolution • Adding CPP integration to the solution as necessary • Monitor and adjust local transportation from sources to customer locations, adjust delivery schedules as necessary to meet customer delivery date (s) • Order changes or shifts in customer requirements; such as cancellations, add-ons, deletions, delivery address changes, quantity changes, and desired receipt date (CDP) adjustments. Communicate changes to all down stream processes and monitor impacts. • Special handling, such as second story deliveries, crane requirements, padded vans, preferred carriers, special staging, or customs requirements • Participate in monthly PYIRO meeting with all necessary participants • Active support of the regional inventory management team including participation in inventory/ asset review meetings and management meetings. • Generate staging configurations on orders that require staging. • Update Promise date to reflect the supplier committed ship date as necessary. • Attend and participate in production scheduling meeting on a daily basis. Inventory Allocation Specialist Responsible for contributing to profitability and customer delight by: • understanding and effectively using the Inventory Allocation Report. • monitoring delivery activities and ensuring delivery dates are met • proactively managing potential exceptions, assist in resolving actual exceptions, and updating the parties involved when commitments cannot be achieved • assist with coordinating the delivery of unique or critical components that require special systems integration, consolidation, or staging to and from the appropriate locations. • participating in monthly PYIRO meetings and project meetings • managing inventory levels and aging to optimum levels for NCR, there by reducing NCR’s assets EEO Statement Integrated into our shared values is NCR’s commitment to diversity.
