Apps Support Sr. Manager

Support all Technology requirements for Fraud Prevention Direction.

Coordinating all technology projects required for achieving Fraud Prevention goals.

Supporting & maintaining local systems in charge of Fraud Prevention Functionality.

Engaging with Global Teams in charge of Fraud Prevention systems.

Acquiring and providing computing equipment required by Fraud Prevention team. This position is in charge of providing all technical required tools for Fraud Prevention to be able to manage all suspicious activities (detection, analysis, diagnosis, determination, contacting customers, making sure impacted accounts are fixed, etc.). This includes internal and external activity.

Coordinating all technology projects for Fraud Prevention Direction. By engaging all required teams and making sure that projects portfolios has all required resources –human, financial and material- in order to be successful. All Fraud Prevention projects’ goals are to install or strengthen the whole bank skills and capacity to detect, prevent and repair all fraudulent activities.

Supporting & maintaining local systems in charge of Fraud Prevention Functionality. Our model is to have one executive as SPOC for our users and because of that we will be in charge of informing our user of production incidents and their resolution and making sure that they are updated and using valid technology. This is true for local systems supported by resources from the domain but also for global solutions supported by GPD.

Managing technology budget, engaging with Procurement and CTI teams. In order to make sure Fraud Prevention has computing tools they require in order to perform their tasks but also making sure they use valid and supported tools.
