Main functions and responsabilities:

• Manage and deepen the comprehensive relationship with assigned customers by offering financial solutions according to their needs and taking care of the profitability of their businesses.

• Identify customer needs for new business opportunities, through knowledge, diagnosis and permanent contact with them.

• Coordinate the commercial offer with an approach from beginning to end ( "end to end"), overseeing the procurement, implementation and monitoring of all services and products the Bank.

• successfully execute strategic initiatives launched centrally at all levels (Group, Bank, Commercial Market and EIB), in order to achieve financial and business objectives established by the Institution

• Manage the overall credit relationship with the client, coordinating and supervising the entire process (origination, licensing, contracting, administration and collection), ensuring the proper implementation of the policies and processes Institutional Credit and ensuring achieve a good balance between risk and business, as well as proper risk-adjusted return

• Attracting new customers to the Bank and / or business by prospecting these.

Profile and skills:

• Preferably with experience in Credit, Cash Management, Treasury, Corporate Banking, trade relations, attention to the private sector in credit programs, compromise solutions, identifying needs of services and products as well as ratio personalized long-term business within policies and rules.

• Ability to develop interpersonal relationships and long-term business.

• Capacity for analysis, planning, management and monitoring skills.

• Ease consultative selling and negotiation.

• Skills for prospecting and generating new business.
