Job Description: The GRRO Intersegment Revenue team is seeking a Manager II to lead and manage the Intersegment Accounting Team. This team is responsible for defining, implementing and processing the intersegment transactions, processes and eliminations for Hewlett Packard Enterprise. This is an excellent opportunity for top talent to obtain exposure to across all of the various Business Segments within Hewlett Packard Enterprise.

This individual will:

Apply expert subject matter knowledge to manage staff activities in solving most complex business/technical issues within established policies. Manage activities of exempt individual contributors (typically Expert/Master) and/or MG1s. Has accountability for a large multi-department area(s) or location(s) with significant impact on business unit results and organizational strategy. Act as a key advisor to senior management on the development of overall policies and long-term goals of the organization. Plan, manage, and monitor high-end operational/tactical activities of Staff. Recruits and supports development of direct staff members.

Responsibilities are likely to include most or all of the following:

Act a key business partner to GRRO and Business Segment leaders

Provide guidance and consultation on complex business models and go to marker offerings involving multiple Hewlett Packard Enterprise business segments

Review and approve key Month End Close entries required to ensure accurate consolidated financial statements

Direct the day to day activities of the Intersegment Accounting Team

Ensure compliance with and adherence to relevant AFM Policies

Prepare and submit AFM policy updates, guidance and communication, as needed

Frequent communication and training to support and ensure broad understanding for the Intersegment Accounting Polices and Processes. Qualifications: Education and Experience Required:

First level university degree with a focus in business or economics; advanced degree and/or accounting certification (e.g., Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Master of Business Administration (MBA) strongly preferred.

Typically 10 years of experience in a finance function.

Typically 2 years of supervisory and/or leading a project team experience.
