Job description: Supports a portfolio of applications that deliver services & solutions to both internal & external customers. Perform Technical Reviews of planned releases to ensure high level quality ensuring support and organizational readiness for the corresponding changes. Designs, prepares and executes support services strategy. Ensures compliance and controls required within specific assets and adhering to support standards including knowledge management, configuration, monitoring, training etc. Reviews releases ensuring post-implementation reviews are conducted as required. Leads Fixed Timeline based activities planning and pre capacity checks. Drives release funnel and support readiness approval for organization. Assists as needed in Major Incident, potential escalations and problem management issues and reviewing trend analysis. Consults with team members and other organizations, customers and vendors on complex issues. Knowledge of RDM/CM processes to ensure all the releases coming into the systems are tested and documented. Participates as a member of cross-functional application support or infrastructure technical team(s). Assists other less experienced team members. Qualifications: Education and Experience Required Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems / Computer Science or equivalent experience and a minimum of 6 years related experience or a Master’s degree and a minimum of 4 years of experience. Preferences: Experience in scripting and / or programming language Experience working with multiple operating systems (Windows, Unix, Linux, ZOS, JCL) Experience with infrastructure environments (e.g. operating system, hardware, data center, security, network, voice, database, end user and server / web related applications) Experience with business Information Technology (IT) applications (e.g. supply chain, customer relationship mgmt, Human Resources (HR), finance, others) Experience with implementation and problem analysis of infrastructure and business application environments Collaborate closely with other team members to ensure the cost-effective execution of responsibilities, alignment with goals and compliance with quality standards What do we offer?
