Global Sales Operations for Hewlett Packard Enterprise is an exciting and dynamic organization responsible for driving the operation in support of our Customers, Partners and Sales force as well as leading and defining the improvements to experiences to enable growth for HPE.
Analyzes sales and bonus claims data and compiles information for reports; identifies issues and makes observations. Manages day-to-day bonus claim submissions and resolves customer issues (e.g., timing of claim payment, missing information) Works with US lead to resolve any claim escalations Prepares reports for submission to HPE Sales Compensation Asks questions, requests help and works collaboratively across HPE’s teams in support of timely bonus and sales crediting compensation

Education and Experience Required
First level university degree with recommended focus in business or finance. Typically 0-2 years of experience in a related field.
Knowledge and Skills Required
Good communication skills (e.g. written, verbal, presentation); mastery in English and local language as well as other languages as required. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Outlook Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Good teamwork skills. Intermediate time management skills. Developing project management skills.
