Develops, implements and utilizes processes and tools to enable the sales life-cycle (pricing, orders, invoicing, opportunity assessment, field inventory management and other sales pipeline analytics and forecasting solutions). Reports and analyzes order pipeline, bookings, revenue forecasting, revenue reporting, sales productivity and goal attainment. Maintains and enhances sales force automation systems, product/service costing models, and margin management tools/systems to effectively monitor and manage revenue/expenses.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the relationship and collaboration with business stakeholders to gather business requirements, supporting the user-centric design of new or improved BI solutions

  • Work closely with Program Manager, Negotiate with stakeholders on functional specs, gain deep knowledge of the process/business

  • Create the functional specs document based on the requirements gathered

  • Partner with Project team and contribute to the Design, architecture and delivery of BI Solution within agreed timelines

  • Lead and manage projects that result in the deployment of Dashboards and Reports that fulfill a specific business need

  • The project teams they lead typically include people performing several technical roles like Development and Testing, but also business contacts out of different organizations and geographies

  • Communicate decisions and plans, project status, issues and workarounds, in order to achieve project goals for the relevant business stakeholders, functions, or regions.

Education and Experience Required:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Management or equivalent

  • Typically 8+ years experience

Knowledge and Skills:

Soft skills:

  • Ability to communicate effectively across cultures

  • Strong ability to summarize, compelling communication, both verbal & written

  • Strong coordination & resource management skills

  • Ability to work & influence across organization boundaries

Methodology skills:

  • Strong Project Management competencies

  • Well-versed with Agile methodology

Technical:

  • Technical savvy, good general understanding of BI tools

Nice to have: Knowledge of HPE EG/Sales Ops and system landscape
