Bose Change Management Engineer in Tijuana, Mexico
Bose Corporation is seeking a high energy, experienced Continuning Engineering Project Engineer to support Post Production, Continuing Engineering projects and change management activity for the Automotive Systems Division (ASD). In this role, you will use your Engineering and Project Management background to lead cross-functional team(s) of Electronic, Mechanical, Software, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineers, Purchasing, Material Planning and others in implementing design and process changes for electronic and electro-acoustic products that are in currently production. You will be responsible for defining all requirements and leading the team's efforts toward meeting them. You will serve as primary point of communication for both external and internal customers globally (including within the Tijuana Manufacturing Plant) for all ASD Post Start of Production activity. You will manage schedules, track interim deliveries and milestones, communicate regular progress reports to upper management, identify significant engineering tasks, and facilitate problem resolutions. Your primary responsibility will be to serve as the process owner for all Post Production Change Management projects and activities. In addition, business metrics and data analysis of key performance indicators for the Post Production processes will also be required.
