Ericsson ICT Program Director/Manager - Mexico in Tecnoparque, Mexico
The CSI Program Director shall be able to work both in Pre-sales and Delivery stages of customer engagement, being responsible for the overall solution, cost estimation and delivery/implementation strategy.
Despite of that, CSI Program Director shall be able for building a strong customer relationship, driving up sales opportunities, coaching the program team, and support the asset and organizational setup.
Responsibilities & Tasks
Program/Project Management & Execution for ICT BSS/OSS Transformation projects
Define and execute the delivery/implementation strategies, handle local/near shore delivery/resources, assure delivery quality
Manage stakeholders on different levels, including C-Level on IT and business areas
Drive knowledge transfer across the organization
Program/Project Management for ICT projects and pre-sales
10-15 years in the ICT Industry
Proven track record, working as a supplier towards major telecom operators
Experience with Complex Transformation Programs, involving not only technical modernization but Business Process transformation/Change Management.
Experience with Fullstack Solutions, including Billing, Charging, Provisioning, CRM and Order Management
Proven E2E architecture experience with complex solutions.
Proven experience presales, scoping and execution.
Proven experience with 3PP Suppliers acquisitions and management experience.
