Provides service with positive and proactive attitude to all departments in relation to employee needs to contribute achieve
Selects and hires personnel according to requirements of skills, time and shift availability that departments require.
Ensures that hired employees comply with the legal identification requirements and that they have been approved by the
Maintains employee’s files with legal requirements such as birth certificate, school certificates, employment contract,
IMSS assuring confidentiality of the information is maintained at all times.
Prepares and sends all the appropriate reports to the IMSS within the time limits established.
Prepares and reviews department information and reports such as headcount, absenteeism and terminations in an
accurate, precise and timely manner.
Leads the Community, Diversity and Inclusion Team (CDIT) at the plant. Leads the Communication sub-category for the
OpA criteria and co-champions EBE Category 1.Coordinates sports and social plant activities.
Coordinates and ensures monthly programs and plant activities, such as rewards and recognitions, anniversaries, monthly
meetings, roundtables, etc., are carried out on timely manner.
Maintains and updates employee’s pertinent information in HRMS and local system. Audits information in both systems
regularly to ensure accuracy and consistency.
Ensures time and attendance information for payroll is processed with accurate information
Attends training courses assigned by Human Resources Department
Performs activities according to the Quality and Environmental policies established by the business
Applies the safety and environment principles and methodology to prevent accidents
Actively participates in CI activities, HROR, EBS, EBE, OpA, MESH, Employee Survey and other Eaton’s initiatives and
processes as well as TS16949 and ISO14001
Basic Qualifications (Including Educational Requirements)
Business Employee relations, Engineering or Accountant Degree or similar
4 years of experience in HR area at a manufacturing industry
Professional presence, friendly and customer service attitude
Good to relate to people inspiring confidence
Service Oriented 100%
High organizational qualities
Ability to interview and good personnel selection
Deep knowledge of labor legislation
Good management of communication skills
Knows and enjoys to work in teams
Extensive knowledge of basic computational programs
Ability to resolve personnel conflicts
