A strategically important part of our charter is to work backwards from customer needs to determine the direction of our product. We are building a new team who will own the conversion of advertiser feedback from different sources into clear and prioritized needs and pain points that will lead to effective product solutions and help us to maximize adoption and engagement of our different advertiser segments.
As the Self-Service Performance Advertising (SSPA) Product Marketing Manager you will be responsible for executing our go-to-market (GTM) strategy and plans for different Self-Service Performance Advertising products and features. You will execute SSPA's GTMs plans by developing compelling narratives, partnering with our different marketing channels, collaborating with Product, Business and Sales stakeholders and developing effective product/feature training to sales and internal stakeholders to maximize vendor and seller adoption and engagement.
In order to be successful in this role you need to have a strong customer obsession, both internal and external, and must work backwards from customer needs to identify the best solutions. As we are a small but growing team, you not only need to be able to dive deep into an issue to identify the root causes of problems, but also to think big about the future and direction of the GTM and other programs. Finding ways to automate and simplify tasks while maintaining the integrity of the results is vital to the success of our team. Your day-to-day will change constantly as we grow and we identify the best focus areas, but you can expect to drive programs that impact internal leadership decisions and thousands of advertisers.
To be given consideration for this opportunity, the successful candidate must have the following experience, skills, and personal attributes:
Bachelor degree and proven work experience in e-commerce, technology, or digital sector.
3+ years’ experience in marketing, program management, or project management.
Excellent Microsoft Office skills, including Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proven ability to think strategically and execute methodically
Proven experience driving go-to-market (GTM) activities in software/tech companies
SQL and/or HTML skills or ability to learn fast
