Position Purpose

Serve as a business/financial partner to Senior management. Offer advice to Senior management of how the financial changes could impact the business. Analyze business financial information: preparation of detailed budgets, financial forecasts, financial analysis, and business performance analysis for CTS North Latam region as well as collaborate with Financial GEOS reports.

Principal Accountabilities

35% - Prepare management and business performance reports (i.e. GM per customer, GM per account manager, product line analysis, SGA performance, samples & logistics execution)

20% - Prepare at EOM month & YTD P&L analysis and variance explanations vs budget/forecast (GM, SGA, Volume), review BU financial ratios (ROGI, SG&A/Gross Profit, DSO, DIO)

15% - Prepare S&OP and Budget

- Annual budget process

- Monthly LE and S&OP preparation and support to Commercial inquiries

15% - Develop management reports for the North Latam region (Volume, GM, Revenue)

10% - Coolaborate with internal/external Audits (Corporate, KPMG, Transfer Price) about business information

Colaborate with other functions such as Tax, Supply Chain, Applications or Commercial

Coordinate insurance claims when needed

Interact with CBS regards Financial Reporting

5% - Review and approve purchase orders and supplier invoices in JDE according to granted profile, ensuring those are in accordance to payment control policies.

Key user in SAE processes:

- Update sales prices and manage pricing lists in SAE according to

- Approve/Cancel credit memos in SAE.

- Approve cancellation of invoices

  • University degree in Accounting and Finance

  • 2 years of progressively responsible work experience in finance analysis and accounting

  • Strong financial analysis and reporting capabilities

  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills

  • Advanced knowledge of Excel, Microsoft Office.

  • Strong skills to communicate both financial and non-financial information in a clear,concise and organize manner.

  • Self-starter

  • Commercial awareness

  • Fluent in both written and spoken English

  • High learning capacity and being proactive

  • Able to adapt and react to changes fast

  • Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with customers, partners and suppliers

  • Ability to stretch and work in multitask environment


  • Knowledge of finance, budgeting, accounting (US GAAP and MEXGAAP)

  • Awareness and analytical skills for cost-benefit

  • Innovative, organized, focused on processes optimization

  • Hability to innovate in data analysis reports

  • Proficient in ASPEL-SAE, JDE
