Monsanto Asistente Administrativo para RH y Finanzas in SANTA FE, Mexico
This position is responsible to provide support to Finance and Human Resources areas of the administrative activities such as calendar management, scheduling meetings, making travel arrangements, expense reporting, correspondence management, manage communications, and office recordkeeping. This role requires the ability to take responsibility for special projects as assigned and use of experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
Carrying out administrative activities in Finance and Human Resources Areas
Control of the managers´ schedules, meetings and events assuring organization and planning in a timely and quality matter.
Attention of internal and external customers
Organize the requirements for the HR and Finance meetings
Elaborate the expenses reports for the HR and Finance areas
Prepare and translate information for presentations and documentation as well as to compile and generate reports, correspondence, and presentations.
Support on organization of different events (ex. Team buildings, external visitors, executive meals..)
Coordinate travel arrangements in compliance with internal policies of travel and expenses
Make requisitions for the suppliers in SAP and payments
Negotiation with suppliers and compliance of processes
Support of different projects
Education, Knowledge and Experience
Required studies level: Bachelor’s Degree
Studied areas: Administrative or related
Experience needed: At least 3 years as Assistant to executive team/directors
Experienced areas: Administrative Activities, Manage of multiple schedules, knowledge of SAP, attention to internal and external customers
English requirements: Speaking 80%, Reading 80%, Writing 80%
Experience as people manager (in years): No
