BSME degree or equivalent, relevant industry experience preferred.
Experience in a working style which is team oriented and values communication, participation and involvement of others.
Excellent organizational skills.
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
Attention to detail and process oriented mindset with mechanical aptitude.
Have a high standard of written and spoken English as well as strong PC skills especially in Microsoft Excel
Establish and maintain close working relationships with Sales, Operations, and Pemex Master Agreement Coordinator to promote the best interests of the company.
Timely preparation of high quality and proposals for the agreement within limitations dictated by the customer or manager using designated workload management tools and processes.
Review all customer inquiry related documents while addressing all relevant technical and commercial requirements.
Manage and monitor the proposal throughout the entire bid cycle including updating and maintaining designated workload
management tool, while monitoring hit-rate is optimized.
- Lead all coordination efforts on applicable master agreement quotes while ensuring close collaboration and communication with all applicable stakeholders.
7.Utilize designated tools and processes.
- Train in CRM, and then become the Mexico CRM Leader giving support to all SEs and AEs requirements, such as customer’s creations or maintenance, problem analysis and solving when users have system errors due to incorrect use of the system.
