Job Description

The assembly engineer is responsible to plan, follow up and implement, all new assembly equipment and/or new projects on existing assembly lines. His main task are:

▪ Define and support maintaining assembly processes. Design tooling change over processes.

▪ Part number management in SAP system and in assembly line. (product files)

▪ Standardize and monitor cycle times. Continuous process standardization according to CIE guidelines

▪ Implement new equipment, new projects and new tools. Deliver equipment fully functional and according to quality requirements to production department. (via Engineering trial runs and line tests).

Support production in order to achieve set targets. Specially during new launches.

Support in multifunctional teams for maintenance and quality topics (8Ds).

▪ Know ESH company requirements. Actively participate to meet them.

▪ Know Quality company requirements. Actively participate to meet them.
