Job Description

•Versed in quality review procedures and assists in the enforcement and monitoring of compliance towards quality and operational procedures and protocols

•Prepares and presents performance analysis, Quality performance reports, and/or other information operational performance relating to output quality

•Creates documentation of workflows, changes, and procedures. Ensures full documentation of all data supporting the quality monitoring framework

•Maintain close coordination with all operations leaders (SDL/TL), Process Trainer/s, and Process Owners to ensure the accurate and timely sharing of quality performance results, trends and analysis leading to formulation of realistic action plans driving continuous improvement

•Assists in managing customer relationships both internal and external to Continental

•Assists or leads training efforts to maintain consistent and accurate procedures

•Report to management on the progress of data quality improvement and help resolve data quality problems through appropriate process design strategies, as well as error detection and correction tests and procedures

•Support teams on engagement and work closely with the stakeholder to help optimize processes whenever possible while adhering to quality standards with company policies and benchmarked with industry standards

•Responsible for reviewing the referential and historical integrity of data warehouse information

•Assist/lead special projects, including the review and analysis of data, implementation of quality best practices, documentation and process stream lining, value based standardization, identification of gaps indications and problem solving activities

Job Requirements

Basic Qualifications · Bachelors degree in Business Administration, 2+ years of experience in Administrative function & Quality Certification

Meet key competencies for the job

Preferred Qualifications · Masters in Business, Economics or Finance

Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, SAP Payroll Module · English Expert level
