BorgWarner PowerDriveSystems is currently looking for “dynamic, results driven” individual to join as an Accounts Receivable at our SLP Plant in Mexico.
In this role, and under direct supervision of the Controller, the Accounts Receivable will be primarily responsible for administrating the collection and reporting of general office money transactions and be responsible for the daily payment process and related banking issues.
-Primary functions include receivables.
-Resident expert on the AR systems.
-Reconciles subsidiary ledgers to general ledger control accounts in a timely manner.
-Completes reports in an accurate and timely manner and according to business controls and generally accepted accounting principles.
-Researches and verifies discrepancies in a current and accurate manner.
-Input and reviews all financial transactions into the AR systems.
-Assists with month end close.
-High school diploma
-0-2 years of experience in general accounting
-Experience in accounting preferred
