What you’ll do?
*This is a temporary position for 19 months
*Establish Quality Plans to purchased parts for new EPDP Programs
*Supplier change request and cost reductions
*Request, develop, review and approve PPAP's for purchased parts
*Attend quality issues related to purchased parts with suppliers
*Provides the control plans and reaction plans for issues presented on assembly line
*Determine incoming inspection plan for new parts as well update this plans due the rejects on the shop floor
What it takes?
*Mechanical engineering Bachelors Degree.
*Focused to results, analytical and needs to have deep understanding of the Corrective action process, to know what to ask for each supplier as a good corrective action.
*Bilingual spanish and english.
*Ag and Turf Quality processes know how
*Understanding of supply base for tractors.
*Ability to lead projects involving other functions and get results through the work of others.
